  • Shift away from traditional cookie-based advertising methods
Solution

MiQ facilitated a secure and private way to leverage Omni Hotels & Resorts’ first-party data for targeted advertising with Display & Video 360's Publisher Advertiser Identity Reconciliation (PAIR) and LiveRamp's Authenticated Traffic Solution. 

  • LiveRamp’s Authenticated Traffic Solution was used to encrypt and connect customer and publisher data - a prerequisite for using PAIR
  • PAIR enabled MiQ to reach customers via DV360 using targeted advertising without sharing sensitive identifiers
  • Through this approach, MiQ enhanced ad relevance and effectiveness, ensuring that Omni Hotels & Resorts’ messaging resonated with the intended audience without compromising privacy
Results

The collaboration between Omni Hotels & Resorts, PMG, MiQ, and our partners resulted in a significant improvement in campaign performance and customer engagement:

  • 4x increase in conversion rates compared to traditional cookie-based targeting methods in DV360. Conversions were measured as users visiting the Omni Hotels and Resorts website after ad exposure.
  • Successful delivery of targeted advertising campaigns using first-party data in a privacy-compliant manner
