World Gold Council boosts intent to invest in gold by 7% using MiQ’s stock market sync and dynamic creative optimization (DCO)

GOAL

WGC wanted to drive investments in gold as an asset class by highlighting its stability in a volatile stock market, positioning it as a stable and secure long-term investment.

SOLUTION

We targeted an audience interested in investing and finance, and built a custom API to fetch and store real-time stock market data for campaign activation with multiple dynamic creatives in different market scenarios that helped position gold as a stable investment in a volatile market.

RESULTS

We did a brand lift study after the campaign for exposed group and control groups, the brand lift in intent was measured on the basis of survey responses:

  • 6.1x uplift in CTR
  • 7% increase in intent to invest in gold among exposed users
